For bookings of multiple nights, we require a bank transfer for the first night as a deposit, refundable in case of cancellation up to three days before arrival.

• Check-in from 3.00 pm to 10.00 pm, for different time of arrival please contact us at least two hours before
• Check-out by 10.00 am
• Free cancellation up to 3 days before the date of arrival
• At the arrival we will ask you to show a valid document of identity for registration and to sign the authorization for personal data processing
• Payment on the spot by cash, we don't accept checks, credit card and debit card. Alternatively, you can settle the account by payment in advance (details will be sent to you on request).
• Breakfast is served from 7.30 am to 9.30 am
• Cleaning of bedroom and bathroom is carried out after 10.00 am during the stay
• It is recommended to observe the silence from 10.00 pm to 8.00 am in order to respect us and our guests
• It is strictly forbidden for pets to stay on beds. The owners are invited to bring with them everything necessary for the care of their pets
• It is forbidden to smoke indoor. Smoking is only allowed outside the building in the designated smoking areas and NOT on the balconies/terraces
• Pets are allowed with an additional cost of 5€ per night
• Animals are not allowed in the breakfast area and on the lawn facing the swimming pool
• Inside every bedroom there is everything you need: sheets, towels, coverlet and blankets
• Sheets are changed once a week, towels are changed every three days. We will charge € 5 per guest/set for any other request of sheets or towels change
• Provincial tourist tax not included in the room rate: currently €1.50 per night per person
